1. The Platform

OriginTechX offers students and educators (including Dental Academy, Dental institution, Dental University, Dental Foundation)access to the same OriginTechX DMed AI diagnose SaaS Platform to help build the skills and knowledge for daily work and successful careers.

2. What’s included

• OriginTechX DMed Diagnose platform and service accessed through the Education plan contain the same features and functionality available through paid subscription.
• OriginTechX titles are available through the Education plan, including older versions and web service.
• Need a different language? OriginTechX platform and services are available in English. If you can’t find available language as your preference, you can request a feature on our community forum

3. Usage restrictions

• OriginTechX DMed Diagnose platform and service accessed through the Education plan may be used only for purposes directly related to learning, training, and research. They may not be used for commercial, professional, or any other for-profit purposes.
• It’s OK to use software and services accessed through the Education plan to learn dental pathology skills and knowledge for mentor entries in OriginTechX-sponsored competitions.
• Users may register and login up to three devices at same time.

Origintechx is based in United States, and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. We may transfer your information to or maintain your information on computers located outside of your state, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside of the United States and you choose to provide your information to us, you agree that we have the right to transfer your information to the United States and process it there. Additionally, by accessing or using the Site, or by otherwise providing any information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of that information in and to the U.S. and other countries.

4. Cloud service

OriginTechX cloud service are software-as-a-service (SaaS) options that can improve the way you diagnosis, simulate, and share your work with others. Add-on service and selected optional components-as well as storage and services that require intensive computing power, such as rendering or simulation activity-are stroed in a location that you can access any time you have an Internet connection.

Please use cloud services thoughtfully to help ensure good service levels for everyone. Education plan user who regularly consume cloud service beyond market average may face additional restrictions. Restrictions to cloud service may change without notice, see the Terms of Use for more information.

5. Subscription and license terms

The Terms of Use(TOU)provide the terms and conditions for use of software through the Education plan.

OriginTechX DMed and other web services are offered under the terms of services agreement. The conditions that apply to particular service may vary, so be sure to review terms that accompany each service. These terms are in addition to any terms applicable to your sue of any OriginTechX DMed web services and subscriptions associated with a service and the website terms of use for origintechx.ai and other OriginTechX websites.

6. Verification and privacy

To help maintain our commitment to providing free professional software for use in education, OriginTechX has engaged ID, a third-party verification services providers, to verify eligibility for educational access. To confirm eligibility, users must provide proof of enrollment, employment, or contractor status.
